"Called the office and reach Laura. Had some questions about our home owners policy and Laura was very helpful in explaining a few things I was questioning and in going over the policy with me. Appreciated her help, and the pleasant conversation that I had with her. It was a good customer experience and renewed my attitutde towards State Farm. Before this interaction it had been quite awhile since i had spoken to anyone in the office so it was good for me to speak to them at this time and making me feel like they did care about us being customers for a long time, went above just paying our premiums when due, was nice to speak to someone in the office and have it be a good experience."

"I was in an accident recently and Nancy and her team were so helpful in the process. We have been a State Farm member for over 30 years. Everything was very simple and easy and they took action immediately to get the car fixed. Luckily someone just hit my car when it was parked so no one was injured.
